(1) Keep your hands, arms, and legs in a relaxed position.

(2) Make sure you are not holding on to anything.

(3) Your arms and hands should not be crossed or in your pockets.

(4) Your head should be facing forward.

(5) You can keep your eyes open or shut. Whatever is most comfortable to you.

(6) You may use either your nose or your mouth to breathe in and out- whatever is most comfortable to you.
